My name is Joby and I’m the resident Chef at Ashford St Mary’s School. I am proud to say that all food is fresh and cooked from scratch and where possible locally sourced. Our menus aim to offer all the children’s favourite dishes.
Our dinners are produced to the highest standards ensuring all government guidelines are adhered to. All menus have been developed and expanded in conjunction with the schools and the standards set by the Schools Food Trust.
Accent are very proud of its ethical purchasing policies and the accreditations we have achieved are a testament to our commitment to animal welfare and sustainable purchasing.
- The Soil Association Food for Life Catering Mark guarantees we don’t use nasty additives, GM ingredients or any hydrogenated Vegetable fats.
All of our meat is British and farm assured through the red tractor assurance scheme.
- Good Egg Award: As we only use free range eggs in our cooking we hold the good egg award accreditation.
