ADMISSIONS FOR SEPTEMBER 2024
To apply for a firm place at a Primary School for your child for September 2024, you will need to complete an online form called a Common Application Form (RCAF form for short). The application process starts on Friday 3rd November 2023 and closes on Monday 15th January 2024. You will need to apply at Primary School Places
You will receive an email on 16th April 2024 after 4pm advising you of your child’s offer. You will then need to inform the school in writing as to whether you will accept the place or not. At this point, you will also need to come to school with proof of address as to the only or main residence of your child. This will need to be in the form of each of these documents:
- Council Tax statement for 2022/23 and 2023/2024 OR
- Signed Tenancy Agreement or Exchange of Contracts/Completion document
Plus at least one of these:
- Child/Working Tax Credit/Child Benefit/JSA/Disability Benefit Letter or Statement
- Driving Licence
- Schedule of Motor Insurance
- Utility bills such as Gas/Water/Electric/Sky/Virgin Media/BT/Broadband etc

Proof that your child lives at the same address can be any of:
- Doctor/Hospital appointment letter in the child’s name
- Savings account or bank statement in the child’s name
- Child benefit statement
- Letter from their nursery/preschool / current school
Please Note – This is not an exhaustive list and the school / Local Authority reserves the right to request further documentation if it considers the evidence provided insufficient to prove residence at the application address. If you have used an incorrect address on your application or your circumstances have changed unexpectedly, please contact the Primary Admissions team for guidance at primaryadmissions@kent.gov.uk .
If you do not provide address evidence or if you provide insufficient evidence to confirm your address at the final closing date of 15th January 2024 the offer may be withdrawn even after your child has started at the school.
If you have any queries about the Admission process, please ring the school. You can also contact the Kent Admissions Team on 03000 41 21 21 or visit their website
ADMISSIONS FOR CHILDREN ALREADY AT PRIMARY SCHOOL
If you are a parent wishing to apply for a place for your child at our school you will need to complete the In Year Admissions Form . Please return the completed form back to school. You will need to fill in a separate form for each child. You will hear from us within 15 (school) days.
